At Ayéya, we value our customers and ensure they are fully satisfied with our Body Care and Home Care products. Our return policy allows consumers to shop with confidence and provides a clear process for handling returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
Return Window:
- 30-Day Return Period: You can return most products within 30 days of
purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Defective or Damaged Products:
- If a product is received defective, damaged, or incorrect, Ayéya will replace the product or provide a full refund. Please notify us within 7 business days of receipt.
Unopened Products:
- Products that remain unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned within the 30-day window for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized Products: Custom or personalized products (such as private label items) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
- Used Products: Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with is not eligible for a refund or exchange unless it is defective.
Return Conditions
- Product Integrity: Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. Items that are not in resalable condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number must be provided for any return or exchange.

Shipping Responsibility:
- For defective or incorrect items: Ayéya will cover return shipping costs.
- For change of mind or non-defective returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Contact Ayéya Customer Support to obtain an RMA number before sending any items back. Returns without an RMA will not be processed.
Return Process
- Request an RMA: To initiate a return or exchange, contact Ayéya Customer Support at hello@ayeya.com within 30 days of purchase. Provide the order number, product SKU, and reason for the return.
- Ship the Products: Once the RMA is provided, send the products to the return address listed on the RMA. Customers are responsible for securely packing the items to avoid damage in transit.
- Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned product, Ayéya's team will inspect it. We will notify you within 5 business days of receiving the return, confirming the eligibility for a refund or exchange.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after the return is inspected and approved. Refunds will be credited using the original payment method used during the purchase. Exchanges will be processed and shipped once the return is confirmed and the replacement product is in stock.
Refunds and Replacements
- Refunds: Eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for another product, we will process the exchange once the original item has been returned and inspected. Availability of replacement products may vary.
Non-Returnable Circumstances
- Products that have been used or opened (except defective or damaged items).
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Products returned without an RMA.
- Returns submitted outside the 30-day window.
Shipping Damage Claims
If your order was damaged during shipping:
- Inspect Your Order: Immediately inspect the package upon receipt. If any damage is visible, document it with photos before opening.
- Contact Ayéya: Notify Ayéya Customer Support within 7 business days and provide pictures of the damage.
- Return or Disposal: We will guide you on the next steps, which may include returning the damaged item or safely disposing of it. A replacement will be sent once we confirm the damage.
