Limited Product Warranty
Effective Date: October 1st, 2024.
At Ayéya, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products crafted with care and ethical sourcing. We aim to ensure that our customers receive goods that meet or exceed their expectations. This Limited Warranty covers the quality and performance of our Body Care, Home Care, and Baby Care products sold to our Ayéya customer through our website or retail partners.
Warranty Coverage
Ayéya warrants that all products sold are free from material, manufacturing, and quality defects under regular use and storage conditions. This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase by the original buyer.
This warranty applies to:
• Body Care Products
• Home Care Products
• Baby Care Products
What This Warranty Covers
• Manufacturing Defects: Include defective formulation, packaging errors, or contamination during production.
• Damage During Shipping: If products arrive damaged due to mishandling during shipment.
• Labeling Errors: If the product's label contains incorrect information, including ingredients, instructions, or usage warnings.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
• Misuse, Abuse, or Neglect: Damage resulting from improper storage, handling, or usage that does not adhere to the guidelines outlined on the online product label or company literature.
• Natural Product Variations: Minor changes in natural products' color, texture, or fragrance due to seasonal or regional variations in raw materials.
• Products Sold After Expiration Date: Any product sold after its expiration date or past its recommended shelf life.
• Third-Party Reselling: Products sold through unauthorized third-party resellers or distributors not approved by Ayéya.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, the buyer must follow these steps:
1. Submit a Warranty Request: Contact Ayéya Customer Relations at hello@ayeya.com within 7 days of discovering the defect or issue. Provide the following details:
• Product name and SKU
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
• Description of the issue or defect
• Photos or documentation of the defect (if applicable)
2. Return or Dispose of Defective Products: In some cases, we may request that you return the defective products to us for inspection. If necessary, we will provide instructions for return shipment or safe disposal.
3. Product Inspection: Ayéya's Quality Control team will inspect the returned product and determine if the defect falls within the scope of this warranty.
4. Resolution: If the defect is verified, Ayéya will take one of the following actions at our discretion:
• Replacement: Send a replacement product free of charge.
• Refund or Credit: Issue a refund or credit for the purchase amount of the defective product.
• Repair: If applicable, repair the defective product.
Ayéya will cover all shipping costs associated with valid warranty claims.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products as outlined above. Ayéya shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from using our products or failure to meet the terms of this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to lost sales, lost profits, or any third-party claims.
Exclusions and Modifications
This warranty cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party. The warranty is provided exclusively to the original buyer and does not apply to resold goods. Ayéya reserves the right to amend or modify this warranty at any time. Any changes will be communicated to existing partners immediately for future purchases.
