Terms and Conditions of Sale B2C

Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of Ayéya products made directly to individual consumers. By purchasing products from Ayéya through our website or other sales channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions without alteration. No terms or conditions contained in any purchase order or other documents from the Customer will modify or supersede these Terms and Conditions unless expressly agreed upon by Ayéya in writing.

Orders and Acceptance
All orders must be placed via Ayéya's official website or authorized customer service channels. Orders are confirmed once you receive an order confirmation via email. Ayéya reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons such as pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.

Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of purchase. Ayéya accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods offered at checkout. No order will be shipped until full payment is received. If any payment issues arise, we will contact you to resolve them before proceeding with the order.

Shipping and Delivery
Ayéya provides standard shipping options, and any associated costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location. Ayéya is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or
external factors.

Inspection and Acceptance of Products
You are responsible for inspecting products immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage or defects, contact Ayéya within five (5) business days of delivery to resolve the issue. Ayéya reserves the right to request evidence of damage (e.g., photos). After five (5) business days, products will be considered accepted.

Returns and Refunds
Ayéya offers a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. To initiate a return, contact us for authorization and return instructions. Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price at the time of purchase will be honored for that order. Promotional pricing and discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Taxes
Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on your shipping address. It is your responsibility to pay all applicable taxes.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Ayéya stands behind the quality of its products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product as outlined in the Returns section. However, Ayéya disclaims any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by Law. Ayéya's liability for any defective product is limited to the refund or replacement of the product.

Intellectual Property
All trademarks, trade names, logos, and product designs remain the property of Ayéya. Without our written consent, you may not use any Ayéya intellectual property for commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use will be subject to legal action.

Compliance with Laws
By purchasing from Ayéya, you agree to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the use of our products. Ayéya products are for personal use and are not intended for resale unless authorized by Ayéya.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ayéya harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of your misuse of Ayéya products or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Washington.

Force Majeure
Ayéya will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

Amendments
Ayéya reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will apply to future purchases. Customers will be notified of any significant changes that affect their rights or obligations under these Terms.
