At AYÉYA, we aim to make shopping easy, convenient, and risk-free for our customers. The shipping and Return Instructions outline the process for placing orders, receiving shipments, and creating returns for Body Care and Home Care products. Please review this policy to understand your options and responsibilities as a valued customer.

Shipping Instructions

Order Processing:

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email within 1 business day containing order details and shipping information.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, processing time may extend slightly in cases of high order volume or during special promotions.

Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: Most orders will be shipped via standard shipping methods and typically arrive within 5-7 business days for domestic orders. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. You can select this option at checkout for faster delivery. Delivery timeframes will be shown before you complete your purchase.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
  • International Shipping: We ship internationally, and delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fees.
Shipping Costs:
  • Domestic Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of your order and the destination. Shipping costs will be provided at checkout.
  • International Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for international orders are
    calculated similarly and will be shown at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer.
Packaging:
  • Eco-Friendly Packaging: Ayéya uses environmentally friendly and recyclable packaging materials to minimize our environmental impact. We aim to balance protecting your products with sustainable practices.
  • Secure Packaging: All products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We ask customers to inspect their shipment upon delivery.
Returns Instructions
At Ayéya, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help with our easy return process.

Eligibility for Returns:
  • Return Window: Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 business days for a replacement or refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective. Additionally, custom or personalized products can only be returned if they are faulty.

Return Process:
  1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): To initiate a return, contact Ayéya Customer Support at [Insert Contact Information] within 30 days of receiving your order. You must provide your order number, product SKU, and reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Products for Return: Products must be returned in their original packaging. Securely package the items to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship the Return: Once you receive your RMA, return the products to the provided return address. For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, Ayéya will cover the return shipping costs.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned items, Ayéya's team will inspect the products. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
  5. Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will process your replacement once the returned product is inspected and approved. Ayéya will cover the shipping of the replacement item.

Shipping Damage Claims
If your package arrives damaged due to shipping:
  1. Inspect Your Package: Upon delivery, inspect the package for any visible signs of damage before opening.
  2. Document the Damage: Take clear photos of any damaged areas of the packaging and the product itself.
  3. Contact Ayéya: Notify us within 7 business days with the pictures and your order information. We will provide guidance on how to proceed, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds and Exchanges
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you need an exchange, we will send the replacement product after the returned item has been inspected. Ayéya will cover shipping fees for replacement items.
International Returns and Customs
For international customers:
  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for customs duties or taxes incurred during shipping. These fees are not included in Ayéya's shipping rates.
  • Returns: International returns follow the same process as domestic returns, but return shipping costs and customs fees are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
